黄山市徽山食用油业有限公司建于1999年11月，它是1893（光绪十九年）刘立的“信阳涂记油坊”和1930年成立的“海阳豫休涂记”的延续资源与经验的有机结合，使这个新的公司在快速而又激烈的市场竟争中迎接新的挑战。通过四代人的共同努力，徽山油业在继承传统的同时，成为了在茶油行业中的一个现代化，极富有效率的公司，并正在进行油茶综合开发的全新尝试，包括茶皂素及其它油茶副产品。徽山油业现有的目标和早年的涂记油坊是一致的，即通过为满足广大消费者不断变化的需求提供高质量的产品而成长。
Established in November 1999,Huangshan Huishan Edible Oil Co.,Ltd. is a modem and efficient enterprise in the tea-seed oil trade. It is an organic part of the continuous resources and rich experience from Tu＇Oil Mill in Xinyang founded by Lin Li in 1893 (during the 19th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty),and from Yuxiu Tu＇s in Haiyang in 1930, which have much helped us meet a new challenge in speedy and keen market competitions.we have been carrying forward the good traditions;simultaneously we are making a new attempt to exploit tea-seed oil comprehensively,including tea saponin and other byproducts of tea-seed oil. Our striving objective is same as Tu s Oil Mill in its early years,i.e.we will grow up to maturity by providing high-quality products to meet the variational demands of numerous consumers uninterruptedly.　　
徽山油业座落在世界自然与文化遗产－－黄山和国家风景名胜区、国家森林公园、国家地质公园－－齐云山之间，这里是国家生态保护区，得天独厚的生态资源为生产无污染绿色食品提供优越的环境。也使得茶油这一古老的保健食用油品质更为纯正，目前公司的主要产品包括系列品种的茶油，茶皂素等。徽山以其现代化的新型设备及品质控制过程，并因之具备了的竟争实力。主要产品部份占据了日本，东南亚等地市场份额。
